Where can I find my access details?
You should receive an email with your login instructions, including a username and password. If you can't find it, check your junk or spam folder first, as our emails sometimes land there. Still stuck? Reset your access at my1hs.com/forgotPassword.aspx using the email you signed up with.
How do I reset my password?
Head to my1hs.com/forgotPassword.aspx, click “Forgotten your password or username?” and follow the on-screen instructions to set a new password using the email address you signed up with.
How do I allocate training to my staff?
If you selected “Manage the training for someone else”, you can add your colleagues and assign their courses from your learning dashboard. Our step-by-step user instructions explain exactly how.
Which devices can I use?
The training is completed online. The final assessment, however, must be taken on a laptop or PC.
Will my certificate be posted?
We don't send a physical copy by post. You can download your e-certificate instantly from your learning dashboard by clicking “Your Certificates” as soon as you pass.
